As Vice President of Programs, Samantha manages the Programs team members who deliver United Through Reading to Military and Veteran Communities all over the world.
Since graduating from George Mason University with a degree in Government and International Politics, she has spent her career in the nonprofit sector. An avid reader, her favorite genres are science fiction, history and historical fiction, and cozy mysteries. She is the daughter of two retired Navy sailors and an active duty Navy spouse.
