As the Lead Director of Advancement, Terri Mateo is responsible for the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program, and the development, implementation, and management of United Through Reading’s stewardship program designed to foster and nurture long-term, meaningful relationships between UTR and its generous donors. In addition, she fosters the growth of best practices in the supporting areas of gift processing, data management, evaluation instruments, and communications vehicles.
Terri has more than 15 years of nonprofit professional and volunteer experience. She received a BA in Communications from Purdue University and an MA in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of San Diego. Contact Terri at terrimateo@utr.org.
