Download the UTR App on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Create an account with ID.me through the UTR App. ID.me helps us make sure our app is secure and will ask you to confirm that you are a military family.
Once logged in, click “Add” to read and record your book. You can choose a book from our ebook library, or one you already have at home.
Upload and send your storytime video to your family by clicking the checkmark and entering an adult’s email.
Watch your story on a web browser on your computer or your mobile device.
