JBER's Month of the Military Child Carnival: A Novel Idea Join us for games, prizes, and lots of fun! Dress up as your favorite book character, hero, or villain. Open to all Military and DOD children. Friday, 24 April from 5-8pm at the Arctic Oasis Community Center.
