As Trisha’s family prepares to celebrate Hanukkah, they learn that many of their neighbors have been stricken with scarlet fever. Concerned that their friends might not be well enough to deco-rate for Christmas, Trisha’s family works into the night to prepare food, candles, and small trees decorated with Grandpa’s hand-carved toys to deliver to their Christian neighbors.
