United Through Reading is hosting a drop-in recording event January 19th at Duke’s Place on Naval Base Ventura Port Hueneme Bldg 1467. The event is in conjunction with MWR’s Super Hero and Princess Tea Party. All United Through Reading sessions are completely FREE. Any service member is welcome to drop in between 10AM – 1PM and be video recorded reading a book(s) to the children in their lives. The service member will leave with their recording on a DVD or SD card as well as a copy of the book.
