International Literacy Day: United Through Reading Releases Literacy White Paper
September 8, 2016
Literacy is at the heart of United Through Reading’s mission. We have always valued the early literacy education of military children through the read-aloud experience.

This paper explores childhood literacy issues, including struggles specific to military children, and the benefits of the read-aloud experience.
