To celebrate Veterans Day, bring your classroom a special storytime experience that connects students with the men and women who serve our country.
United Through Reading’s Storytime with a Service Member invites teachers, homeschoolers, and community educators to share stories read aloud by service members from every branch of the U.S. military.
Since starting, more than 1,000 classrooms—from preschool through high school—have joined us to celebrate literacy, service, and connection.
We are thrilled with the participation we had for 2025! We reached all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and even a DoDEA school in England.
