As a member of the United Through Reading Advancement team, Arlin plays a key role in securing funding to advance UTR’s mission and programs. She leads the organization’s grant writing efforts, crafting compelling funding requests that resonate with funders and align with their priorities. Arlin brings nine years of nonprofit experience gained while working in nonprofit healthcare, including a focus on grant writing and donor relations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Northern Arizona University, where she double majored in Finance and Marketing.
Guided by her surrogate grandparents’ love, wisdom, and encouragement, Arlin developed a deep appreciation for reading and firmly believes it is a fundamental key to success.
