Laura Steiner
Senior Manager of Embedded and Location Programs | Singapore
As a Programs team member, Laura facilitates program distribution and implementation to all branches of the military worldwide. By ensuring global access to United Through Reading Story Stations, she maximizes the number of service members benefitting from the program to ultimately increase connections for military families affected by service-related separation.
Laura received her Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. She worked in business operations in the private sector before bringing her talents to the military member and family service sector. An avid supporter of military families, she has worked as a volunteer coordinator and career transitions specialist and volunteered on spouse group boards, and in her children’s schools. As an active duty military spouse, Laura’s family experiences the direct benefits of connecting through reading during her husband’s numerous deployments and military travels.
