As a Programs team member, Jessica is the United Through Reading Program Coordinator in the Pacific Northwest. She works with commands and local military support groups, increases awareness of United Through Reading and the importance of the shared story time experience for the entire military family, and coordinates recording opportunities.
Jessica is a Navy spouse of 20 years and a mom of two kids and one spicy little dog. She has a Bachelors in Social Science. As a volunteer, she has served on parent teacher association boards and within the Navy community over the years throughout multiple military moves. When she is not working, she enjoys walking her dog, listening to podcasts, meeting up with friends, cooking and adventuring with her family. Jessica can be reached at jessicalodmell@utr.org.
