Angel Pavey
Manager of Community Events | Fort Bragg, NC
As a Programs team member, Angel is the United Through Reading Program Assistant in Central Texas. She works with commands and local military support groups, increases awareness of United Through Reading and the importance of the read-aloud experience for the entire military family, and coordinates recording opportunities.
Angel is an Army spouse and mom of four. She enjoys volunteering in her community, including with her daughter’s Girl Scouts Troop, as Lead Baker for Operation Phantom Support at Fort Hood, and as a Leader for the Soldier & Family Readiness Group for her spouse’s unit. An avid reader, her favorite books are fairytales, fantasy sci-fi, graphic novels, comic books, anime, and fiction. She can be contacted at angelpavey@utr.org.
